Meet the chef, our culinary artist
In LA, toss an heirloom tomato and you're bound to hit a new (ahem) "celeb" chef or "hot" restaurant. That's what makes our signature Beverly Hills restaurant, The Roof on Wilshire, so special. You could say our most important ingredient is a kitchen helmed by Eric Greenspan, a bona fide celebrity chef who has appeared on multiple food-related shows including “The Next Iron Chef,” “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and “Hell’s Kitchen,” where he served as a judge. The man has culinary chops. He earned those striped pants attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and later trained with celebrated chefs including Rocco DeSpirito and Michelin 3-star chef Ferran Adria of Spain’s El Bulli. He also served as executive chef at LA’s Patina Restaurant (where he earned an “8 Hot Chefs” award from Angeleno magazine) and has opened several of his own restaurants including Meson G and The Foundry, which was awarded “Best New Restaurant” by Conde Nast Traveler. What’s next? Stop by and meet the chef who is always making sure your meal here is an absolute joyride.
