Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Wilshire. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Daily Guest Amenities Fee of $25 + tax includes the following:

Signature Kimpton Programs

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Complimentary Groundworks drip coffee and Nitro Cold Brew is available at the Front Desk daily from 6am to 10am.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Stop by the front desk from 5:00pm to 6:00pm to grab a beverage and check out our Social Hour playlist.
  • Need a toothbrush, razor, etc? "Forgot It, We Got It" items are still available via contactless delivery free of charge.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Freshly washed and bagged robes are available in your guestroom closet and on request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended due to government regulations.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available at $39/night.
  • Self parking is available on request only and subject to availability for the same nightly rate.
  • Sanitizing wipes for your vehicle are available by the valet upon request.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay.
  • Light Housekeeping Service during your stay is available on a request basis only and must be scheduled ahead of time. We will need a two hour window of time the room will be vacated. Please contact the front desk before 6pm the night before to inquire on availability.
  • Towels, bed linen & other in room amenities are available 24/7 to be delivered via contactless delivery. Please contact the front desk or text us directly at 424.334.0624 for assistance.
  • Complimentary sanitizing wipes are placed in your room prior to arrival for your use. Additional wipes, as well as masks and gloves are available at the front desk 24/7.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, and books) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our Snack+Bar Bodega or have it brought to your room via contactless delivery. View Bodega Menu

Dining Services:

  • Outdoor Dining & Bar at our Rooftop Pool is available Monday to Thursday from 11am to 9pm and Friday to Sunday from 9am to 10pm.
  • A digital menu is available here.
  • Our rooftop restaurant is open for outdoor dining and limited indoor seating (with proof of vaccination). We are only accepting walk-in reservations at this time with priority given to registered hotel guests. Parties are limited to 6 guests. Please contact us directly for parties and events of 10+ guests.

In-Room Dining:

  • To-go style room delivery is available daily from 7am – 8:30pm via contactless delivery for Grab'N'Go Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch & Dinner. View Menu Here

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? Ice Freezers are available on the 3rd & 5th floors or reach out to the front desk for contactless delivery.
  • Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi is available for all IHG rewards members. Please contact the front desk for info.

Fitness Center:

  • Guests receive complimentary access to Mayweather Boxing Gym, located one block from hotel. Please contact the concierge desk for more info.

Pool and Cabana Availability:

  • Our pool is open. To maximize access while maintaining distancing guidelines, availability is limited and first-come, first-served.
  • Pool Hours are 8am to 8pm daily and pool towels are available upstairs.
  • Poolside Food & Beverage Delivery is available daily from 11am to 8pm. The Bar is open for outdoor dining starting at 3pm Monday to Thursday and 11am Friday to Sunday.
  • Once vacating the Rooftop, pool chairs will become available to waiting guests.
  • To ensure social distancing & lowered capacity, a maximum occupancy is 4 total guests per guest room and 6 total guests per suite is allowed on the rooftop.
